Kyle Richmond is an award winning producer and director that has worked in TV, film, digital, and social campaigns for top media companies, broadcasters and production companies. As an in-demand multi-hyphenate content producer, Kyle is able to bring brands alive through content from concept to completion.
Currently he works as a Senior Producer at BuzzFeed Inc. where he oversees the branded and editorial video direction for BuzzFeed Canada and works with high-profile brands such as Coca-Cola, Petsmart, and Samsung. He also produces social video content for BuzzFeed that has amassed millions of views across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram – additionally he writes content for BuzzFeed.com garnering well over 1 million page views across editorial and branded channels.
As the Interactive Content Producer for Big Brother Canada, Kyle created the online community and content to support the Global TV series on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and through the show site. Through strategic management as well as video, editorial and design – he built a following of 700K+ followers across social networks and generated 40 million page views per season.
Kyle is an innovative producer that is always at the forefront of marketing, trends and technology. He produced the Canada’s Smartest Person mobile app which received 250K downloads and averaged 14 minute sessions, receiving the Canadian Screen Award for Best Cross Platform Project and an Atomic Award.
